World Athletics is delighted to announce the three finalists for the 2024 Women's Rising Star Award, which will recognise this year's best U20 athlete at the World Athletics Awards 2024.
The winner of the 2024 Women's Rising Star Award will be announced on World Athletics' platforms on 1 December.
The finalists are:

• World U20 3000m steeplechase champion
• Olympic fifth place
Angelina Topic, Serbia
• World U20 high jump champion
• Olympic finalist and World Indoor Championships fifth place
Yan Ziyi, China
• World U20 javelin record
• World U20 champion
